PAYMENT A 100% deposit is required to start your order. Paying with a card? There is an additional fee of 3.75% for that. If any custom artwork is needed, a non-refundable $100 deposit must be paid prior to starting on any artwork. This $100 will go toward the final cost of the order. In addition, we charge $65/hour for any custom artwork. All invoices are due upon receipt. Any unpaid invoices that remain outstanding 30 days after payment has been requested are subject to a late fee. TURNAROUND So first, we can't get your order done in a day. Our production time is up to 14 working days, starting the day after approval of the quote & design and the order is paid in full. If you've asked for a specialty product or something additional ( like custom artwork ), note that this could add time to your order. If you're not sure if this means you, ask! If, for some reason, you have a specific deadline that you're looking to hit, please let us know when you're placing your order. Remember, if you're asking for a rush, a fee will most likely be added to your order. SPOILAGE RATE There is a spoilage rate of 2% per order or five pieces, whichever is higher. If we source the goods, we will fulfill with a similar item if needed and refund for those items. FINAL PRINT SIZE Your final print size will always be listed on the proof page. The size of the imprint will stay the same, regardless of your shirt sizes changing. If you require us to print over the seams, you may experience distortion, print imperfections, or other minor inconsistencies. We aren't responsible for any issues when printed in an area we've warned you about. ART PLACEMENT As you probably know, each shirt is loaded onto the press individually, but we do everything we can to ensure the image is placed in the most consistent location on all your garments. There is always the possibility for slight variations, which must be expected as we aren't perfect or robots. We're happy to listen to your special requests for placement, and if we have advice or thoughts we'll let you know prior to printing Placement allowance variance is 0.25" to 0.5" for location. POLYESTER GARMENT DISCLAIMER When printing on polyester, nylon, or blends, we use polyester or dye-blocking inks to help prevent dye migration from the garment into the ink. However, we cannot guarantee that garment dye migration will not occur, and we are not responsible for migrated garments—even beyond the spoilage rate. QUOTE VALIDITY Quote pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of creation. Decorating costs will remain locked in during that period, pending any changes. However, garment costs are subject to change depending on wholesalers and manufacturers. Dates on quotes are not final until the quote is approved and are subject to change at any time. PRINTING PROCESS, MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS & DISCRETION For any design with more than one color, if the order is for fewer than 36 pieces, printing will be executed using our Direct to Film (DTF) process, optimized to achieve a result comparable to screen printing. For designs incorporating three colors, a minimum order of 48 pieces is required to qualify for traditional screen printing; orders below this threshold will be printed using the DTF process. For designs involving four or more colors, a minimum order of 72 pieces is required to use screen printing; if this minimum is not met, the DTF process will be used. Rockford Art Deli reserves the right to determine the best printing method based on the number of colors, type of goods, turnaround time, costs, or any other relevant factors. Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (after order is complete) Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
